This all depends on your time horizon. We haven't yet heard the 10Q and conference call, so it's too early to tell what's going on here. I think we should wait until we see the specifics.

The CEO strikes me as a seasoned, honest, and smart guy (admittedly, I've only listened to two conference calls). Just because the stock stinks in the short term doesn't mean he's an idiot.

Also, remember that ADIC is considered to be in the DD industry, so their stock price is already in a position of weakness since the whole industry stinks these days.

It's way too early to tell if the company is a dog or if this is a golden opportunity to buy.

Call ADIC cheap if you want, don't call it predictable. Investors are worried about how a company does. I bought this company 6 months ago, the day after earnings came out at 19.5, sold at 17 about 3 days later. It seemed cheap and offered growth potential. Sad to say, it seems that the BUY and Hold strategies of the past don't work well with small cap tech stocks.

IMO,
Ketan
Good luck to you all, but I would suggest selling on a bounce to 11-12.
