I added to my LGNDW position today. But, in agreement with you, it sure looks funny.

The Bid block @ $15 15/16 was 1000 and the Ask block @ $16 was 4000-5000 most of the day. It sure looked like controlled selling. How can that be done without some type of manipulation? In other words, if there are 4-5 times as many shares for sale, than for purchase, how come the price doesn't erode more? And, the tight price range smells funny.

I guess that the powers that be can do anything that they want.
