Old news from July 18 Austin American Statesman: Danny Maxwell, divisional officer, exercised an option for 8000 shares of common at 1 cent each from June 1 to June 24 and sold them at $92.56 each from June 1 to June 24 and now directly and indirectly holds 147,867 common. RBW
