After lurking here for a long time, I have finally decided to take advantage of the trial membership.

My thoughts on this stock all summed up are: What a piece of F-ing Shit. I admit I got sucked in by all the hype awhile back when all these rumors were flying about audited results and news of a Walmart contract were coming shortly. Lessoned learned!!

Spencer ought to be taken out back and bloodied up bad. Making all those false promises and not delivering was and still is a sure sign of loser company. And then there is this story someone passed on to us the other day about hidden cameras in the women's bathroom. I realize the story date was old (1993?), but is this a true story? Why has no one here commented on it? If i would have know that about Spencer and LTGL at the time I started following this company that would have ended analysis on them right then and there. If there's truth to the story, I cant imagine why anyone would continue to work for such a scum bag. Again lessoned learned. Im just venting since this is my first opportunity to do so. If i weren't so upside down on my investment (in at .088) I would be long gone!

I caught that article DJ did about you yesterday. Very nice. Your parents must be proud! I'll admit, I too have always wondered if you were really 14. Glad to see you are for real. Good Luck and Happy Investing to All

There is NO way to issue more shares without shareholder

Were it only true. But, unfortunately, there is a way. Reverse, via Board of Directors vote, and then print right into it on day 1. Reverse does not change the authorized.
