If you'd bother reading through all of the postings on the EDII thread you'll find your evidence...... :o)...in addition to prior reported conversations by various people, which you can find in the postings, check this out..... exerpts from the latest press release:.......... Acqueren Inc. is a holding company with substantial liquidity (in excess of $2,000,000) and owns 100% of its subsidiary, NPI. Sales for the next twelve months are projected to be approximately $10,000,000 and profitable. I see NO mention that after acquisition the company is going to be a financial burden on EDII...quite the contrary...NPI is projected to produce approximately $10Million dollars/YEAR...and that's not the WHOLE of Acqueren Inc...only it's subsidiary
