Andrew,
Have you ever spoken to anyone @ AVIA? Do you have any info on them?

Earnings news is out, by the way. They've apparently cleaned up their accounting practices. The only time BB companies voluntarily do that is when they are ready to become serious players.

Also, my opinion of what will happen is that everyone who is planning to sell AVIA right after the merger will do so by shorting it before the merger, thinking that everyone else will sell it after, putting it at rock bottom when the merger happens. Then, since no one will be left to sell it at that point, up it will go! Also, the AVIA price has been and will continue to be unfairly depressed until the merger since why would anyone buy AVIA as long as they can buy POKR? Thus, an even bigger post-merger springboard.
