Well, gorcon seems to have information to which the rest of us are not privy. If it's real then it's important. An unrestricted PP with warrants can be an invitation to abuse. Check out IFLY's IPO. The company may not have seen it coming but all the screaming in the world didn't change a thing. The risk of course, is that they can dump their stock into the market to recover their funds and then ride the warrant. Creates a major set back for the stock price. This would not make me a happy camper. Fred
