Yes, no doubt about that. What I meant was: is Billboard set up with ad-management processes so that it can recognize that a visitor has come from Compact Connection and therefore deliver an ad specifically tailored to the Compact Connection audience? Ideally, this would be a Compact Connection ad, or even a co-branded page. At the very least, such ad-management processes would be able to recognize the Compact Connection visitor and avoid delivering a competitor's ad.

Don't know if they're making this technology available, how much it would cost Compact Connection to participate in a program like this, etc. This could get expensive on high-profile sites like Billboard and LiveConcerts.
