Sorry - but, I've just got to take a shot at this one.......

Have you ever been in "the inner circle" of a newly started company???

I have.

In the midst of all the transition and confusion......if someone would have asked my "MY" name..... I probably would have shouted out my dog's name.

Also...... Jack's the boss.....bosses "delegate" these things.

He should have verified the PR....but, unfortunately, he didn't. Guess where that person is now? Gone.

Mistake on their part ?.....sure......but, I forgive them and understand how it could have happened. And I think a lot of others out there do too.

Hangin long and patient.......in full support of MTEI's management.

Tina

Obviously, the initial transition was tasking (Attorneys, Offices, Due Diligence, etc.).

Now let's just suppose the former owners had less than sterling morals and they where to do it without anyone knowing, hoping to 'slip' one by and prematurely inflate their stock value. I'm not saying that is the case, that would be libelous, just a hypothetical scenario

That could be one answer....
