Sultan, TAVA seems to file an 8-K every time they water the plants in the office, one could not accuse them of under-filing, if there is such a word.

BTW, the current issue of Wired magazine has a story about a couple of Y2K programmers who are so worried about the coming "millennium meltdown" that they are building houses in the wilderness and buying generators, canned food and guns.
