anybody notice when they filed their last 10q ending Sept 30/97 filed on Nov 25/97 , how can the financial change from then to now,they were operating in the same country,they used the same methods no.???? 7 weeks it took them back then Hmmmmm ?? Then take a look at every NT they filed, within 2 weeks the report was done and filed, but why not now.???? Now this stock is so dead and I had nothing to do LOL if a person goes back and takes a look at everything they have filed , one will find out that on their last NT form ME states reason for late filing will be of a loss of excess $4 mil. now if you add everything up until the NT you will come up with $5,060,202 loss and that is with ME estimate for the 4th quarter of 97 . of $270,000 How can anybody be out $1 MIL when one has the three qts in front of you,LOL total losses for the year so far.Her last NT should of read estimated loss for the year would be excess of $5 mil.IMO 1st 1,066,791 loss 97 2nd 2,936,227 " 3rd 787,134 " 4th 270,00 " estimate can somebody figure it out in peso's and then convert it back to US dollars LOL they already have 3 qts. done in US $$ what is so hard about doing the 4th in US Any accountants want to take a crack at it,go through the filings and see if my numbers are correct,I still think everything, has got to do with the SEC IMO how can anybody be this late in filing,when they say they are sitting on so much.
