Is a list published that defines these symbol codes as to weekly, daily, if downloaded via
internet or 800 number??..
Are you trying to make it confusing??
So I assume the weekly s&p report, that has the wrong title , is reporting the correct symbols?.. But they aren't updated for me cause I use the internet?? correct??
Can I delete these !iwxxx symbols to save space cause I'm downloading via internet??

We have a lot of indexes.

!SP- Are the weekly S&P500 indexes back to 1988. Updated on Thursdays.

!S- Are the daily S&P1500 indexes update daily, but a day late.

!IDxxx Are the daily Industry Monitors 200 indexes updated on Saturday. 2 years of prices are sent every week. These are only sent to Internet users.

!IWxx Are the weekly version of the Industry Monitors 200 indexes. These are also updated on Saturday. These are the daily indexes converted to weekly for transmission on the 800 number.

It wasn't meant to be confusing.

Today and tomorrow you will be getting the history for the daily S&P 1500 indexes going back to 9-96.

You can't delete any old data to save space. The weekly irl's don't take much anyway.

There is a new update going out to the web today that has the weekly report update plus a few other fixes. Check www.qp2.com later today.
