Greg, I too read what you allude to and concur. I got my info off the SEC site.

I would be reluctant to invest in this one based on what I have read so far.

It is probably a good stock ... That was not the point ... Sometimes it is best to wait for the fall back if it has already jumped 100%... Look at ARET it puts out a news release and a million block sell hits. Sometimes not getting in a hurry is wise.

I am also looking at BYWD. It has settled almost back to where it was prior to Ready To POP bringing it out.
