"If they really have a find then it doesn't make any sense" So if you owned say 100k shares and you thought that there might be a spike in the price, a big spike the price - you would not file a 144 - right? You do not want to make money right? Why do people by shares? They buy them to lie there and rot, right? We all want to die with money tied up in shares, right? Come on, why do people sell shares???????
