So did I, so what! I sold a few shares as I needed the cash flow. Some folks think it was prudent to cover my initial investment, but it was pure coincidence that the stock climbed when I needed the money.

If you really are a fund manager, the school you went to was terrible at showing you the real danger signs of insider selling. These shares are peanuts. When you see Mary Erickson and/or Ron Knittle selling millions of shares, you'll indeed have something to consider. Your concern over these 144's is pathetic! IMHO
