Have you ever sold any shares that you have bought? For what reasons? Just as there are millions of shareholders there are millions of reasons to sell. One of the main ones I would think is to make money and spend it or to cut losses and still spend it but somewhere else. I might have this all wrong but that is why I sell shares. Help!!!!!

On a final note filing a 144 does not mean that they have sold. They might have and yes it could be a bad sign. But is can also be a good sign i.e. they are getting ready to sell to make a profit and do not want to get caught with their fingers up the proverbial butt. Maybe they are just sick of the stock. Who knows!

probart's point is well taken, FundManger...some would consider it a bullish sign that these people are freeing up their shares so that they can sell when (if) the price goes up. also, as a "fundmanager" you should know that true insiders are resitricted in their abilities to sell company stock...insiders can only buy or sell during the 10 days following earnings. many different people hold restricted shares in this company. If you will recall, Mr Strodtman made an extremely bullish statement in the USAToday (look on stock-chat.com) article...
