OT lotsa taxes-- lotsa reasons. only two are behavior mod and fairness, eg. cigarettes and income. what's fair or modifying about sales tax on food, excise tax on tires, or the eight states taxing use of the internet. is the tax i pay the cable co. to access @home fair or discouraging behavior? aren't many just small town speed traps-- a way to make money for the government to spend? good investing lnk. p.s. aside from your intermittent bellicose jibes i generally like your on topic posts, thanks for the effort.
