there isnt going to be a pp with unrestricted shares and/or warrants attatched to them, at the very minimum a pp will have the shares with a 6 month lock-up on them, more likely longer, but lockup is a better term than restricted because it still allows you to use them as margin power with a listing versus restricted which gives you no privileges. you have to make a pp appealing or why would an investor get involved, why would you buy shares at 1.50 with no power with the shares? it has to be a win-win. infe needs cash to do more acq's, and forget a listing unless acq's occur because the mm's wont let the price up for it to qualify, so the obvious is to keep building the company. tom is exploring many ideas, he is not gonna hurt the little guy, and a pp would include shareholders, but not shareholders who hold for a day just to be included. there are bad points to all things mentioned so far, so any fool proof ideas are welcomed.
