Thomas I have to go by my TA and the ticker, and the TA now is a disaster--it is my humble opinion only, but I think the Molly Cade sell-off is killing this stock. It is my understanding she started this with 5 million shares to unload--well with a stock such as this,it simply can not handle that---now matter how good the FA I will not go up against the selling coming from within--so I took a 1k loss today
and will consider this again when Molly is done.Good Luck,Max

Fahnestock & Co. maybe a seller or representing a seller, although I've not confirmed that, and would appreciate some more info myself. Molly Cade is the only confirmed seller I'm aware of.

Block trades are often bunched together and represent negotiated trades reported sometime after the fact. When sales equal buys, mm's pre-arranged a sale conditional on a purchase. If mm's take in a block without laying off part of it, those shares have just moved from weak hands to strong hands.

I've experienced block sells triggering a run up often enough to not worry about it. Just someone accumulating as someone else is distributing.
