Katherine,

I think that demand for AMD CPU's is pretty good (it's the ASP that stinks). When the agreement was negotiated AMD was transitioning to a smaller feature size and was still fighting yield problems. My read on the agreement with IBM was mainly as a backup to insure that they could meet demand if they still had internal problems.

I agree with the main point here in that there is nothing in this announcement that suggests increased capital spending.
