you guys can bet that a lot of money managers are salivating, going nuts over not yet being able to buy oils. They have to wait for the train to get out of the way first. For my money, I've got to wait over the next couple of days for a final capitulation before I open more positions.SLB is rallying nicely, and could take the sector with it. a key area to watch will be 455 on the XOI. I'd also watch to see if certain stocks can stay above their 5 day moving avg. cheers, it
