Joe,

When I saw that DELL was taken down to 106 1/4 on volume about 880 k this morning only to be totally reversed when the volume reached 4 million, I knew that the party for the bears were over, period. The double bottom forming later was another very bullish sign. Heck, I did not expect DELL to recover so soon. I was expecting it to be on the defensive end for the next 8 trading days. Well, the next party for the bears will be between 140-150. At that level, bears should expect a nice 20% gain within 3 weeks... However, if DELL beats the first call by more than 4 cents and it announces a 2:1 split, maybe the bears will have to postpone the party for another 15 points.

I strongly believe that AOL and CSCO are two other great plays. AOL is more risky but a quick 15% gain on its share price is very likely within the next two weeks. CSCO probably will top out at about 110, but this dude has strong support on every retreat.

Should see bulls taking over soon, maybe as early as tomorrow.
