I picked up 300 of the 700 shares I dropped on 7/14. A bounce is not necessary, just some common sense. Note that one of the worries is that companies are spending money on Y2K issues (which CA benefits from) instead of upgrading big iron software (which CA benefits from). I believe ASIA is not that big a factor in CA's revenues. This stock is well priced at $40 per share with these worries (IMHO).
