You get the rocket scientist award. Let's see now.... if the company has no money.......and money for the third party verification is not a problem.........Who does that leave? Let's see........we ruled out the company...........that must leave the third party.

Why would they throw their money away on such speculation?
Do you think they might have an interest in keeping it quiet?
Or would they rather have GE announce it to the world?
Is it possible that silence may have been part of the agreement?
