Alertline must know the number of shares outstanding, their DD led them to make the following statement in their recommendation:

"the stock traded better than 750,000 which is damn near 5% of the total outstanding,"

Of course, Alertline surely knows that 750,000 trades on a BB stock usually equates to something slightly more than half of this -- wonder what they thought the shares outstanding were? Do the math with 14.7 million (as is posted on NTAH's web page, last updated January, '98) and 21 million (as some posters here have recently said is more accurate).

You know, I persuaded a couple friends (at least they used to be...) to buy in to NTAH back in March when I did. If our benevolent shareholder who is so concerned about "getting the word out" wants to compensate me for this promotional activity, I'm open.

And no, this is NOT about Alertline, it is about the the number of shares outstanding for NTAH.

Let's hope the supposedly forthcoming news is not announcing that they have signed on 10 new promotional companies! I'm with Loren -- if the company produces, the stock will be fine regardless of how many "newsletters" promote them.
