Dear Bosco,I'm in a holding pattern also.About 70% cash now but none the less alot on the line in mutuals which I never count.Remember last August was the peak before October correction which left all of us several rallys to sell into.Under Canslim method distribution started a couple weeks ago so I've tried to stay nimble.As you recall last October really hurt both of us. As to vacation strictly spontaneous for this one.Only plans so far are to go to a play in Chicago on 7/26 a friend of ours is in.We had a "planned" vacation two weeks ago.Am really looking forward to a day or two at the lake and Six Flags nothing else. As a contrary indicator others might want to go fully margined as I've generally been wrong.As little as last week I had a small amount of margin but as I said was looking to sell as per Oneill's distribution day theory;better safe than sorry.Will be looking to reenter Bay and hope I didn't influence others with my fears but still feel it best to be said and let them decide for themselves.I'd still like to see an accountants perception of Bay's earnings before repurchasing whether it really matters or not.NT is a great company and I intend to have a small chunk at the right price;lots of time yet to worry about that before merger. Hi Bosco,hope you're OK.Refigured only about 60% cash and would like to raise more on next rally which I feel will be short lived.Would be nice to have a crystal ball.Last October and also previous April I was caught fully invested or anyways as much as I'd allocate to the market.Old fart that I am I still need sleep at night rainy day cash in the bank.<G>I try to have a written plan in hand for all new purchases.TLAB jerked me around so much I had to let go of the greed and take smaller profit than I planned. Has anyone heard from OJ?Did a search and no postings since May.Hope he's OK. Best,Dave
