Thanks guys for the research. I believe the whole run-up is based upon a mass emailing of a strong buy recommendation from a stock picking group. I did not save the message, but I believe it was from Stockpicker Gary

Another investor called the last known I.R. for MXNT (917) 969-3305 and the individual that answered said call back and ask for Izzie. Izzie is probably vice president Israel Goldreich. When he called back he got voice mail. They were featured on the TV show Emerging Companies , but the link to www.webphonebook.com only shows a site that is reserved for Webphonebook emergingcompany.com Right now I am happy I took a double and got out, but I am still digging for information.
