John, I am willing to carry the ball from here but as I have stated I am a long way from Van. B.C. but I feel that an effort here will improve the situation for all investors down the road. There has been far too much of this irresponsible behavior on behalf of companies exchanges and so called security commissions with regard to investors protection and I certainly feel that it is time to get an opinion from the legal community in light of the last news release. As to the strength of the case that will only be revealed through investigation and with time but with a contingency approach it should not be expensive if we have enough participants. I hope others are downloading or making copies of those relevant news releases as they are evidence. I do not have a printer but I save to disk. This is certainly not a pretty picture for Canadians as it reflects very poorly on our integrity and I am surprised that not more are up in arms over these issues. This is surely not a time for complacency in regards to this matter and I hope your e-mail is very busy.
