Juli: Good bunch of questions. Some others come to my mind.
1. Are we using leased lines to connect our switches? If so, how competitive is such an arrangement?
2. How, and to whom, are we marketing our services? It sounds like in Asia we have been contracting with local telecoms for Cyberfax. Presumably the telecoms do the marketing to the end-users. Is that so? And, if so, is that the way we'll work world-wide?
3. Please elaborate on that part of the recent news release in which it was stated that the Company is in negotiations with four listed companies with the objective of enhancing shareholder value.
4. There has been a great deal of speculation about who has been selling so many DCTC shares since the first of the year. Most have concluded that folks who received shares in the CC deal are the sellers. The Zwebner's, John Daly, and others have expressed great anger and frustration with DCTC management. In your opinion, why do they feel that way?
5. At what point do you see the Company becoming profitable FROM ONGOING OPERATIONS (not including revenue from selling off assets)?
6. What is the role, if any, of Grant Thornton relative to the Company?
7. If the Locus deal is not actually announced before or during the meeting, "What is the status of the Locus deal?" (It's my personal opinion that if the deal is not concluded by then, we probably will not see it concluded - ever. I have absolutely nothing but opinion on which to base this.)
8. What portion, if any, of the common shares issued for the convertible preferred shares are presently registered, if any? If none are registered, under what circumstances will they be registered, and when?

George E.

I cannot make the meeting, although I really wish I could. I am depending on all of you to get answers and report back.

Thanks, Jewel
