Martin, Can you expand upon the Lucent equipment. I have an investor package and since I'm not a techie in that arena, is that the equipment discussed? Is there anyone with a tech background out there that has received the investor package that can add insight. On another note attendant to that it appears that the purchase from Lucent will have demanded far more cash than the supposed $200,000 that was on hand. Talk of a financing arrangement has been rumored. Can anyone clarify and quantify same. Lucent was one of my customers back up north and is not an easy company to establish credit with. This appears to be great news. I would really like clarification and would like to see some info from the company. Rich
