Ruben: You have adequately expressed the sentiment of KRT shareholders. I think we are all hanging by a thread hoping that KRT will somehow be able to raise enough cash to maintain its interest in the FALC. There is a cash call I think in September and up till now we have no idea how they will meet that payment or will they be able to renegotiate a new time table (David Stone I recall mentioned that possibility a few months ago when I talked to him on the phone.) This investment is speculative not because of the potential of the property but because of their cash position and the uncertainty of future financing. If that is somehow resolved we will see a share price of $1+. One thing about Canadian stocks they are mostly thinly traded and many of the stocks are held only by retail buyers and not volume buyers like US stocks. This makes the manipulation of the shares much easier. You will find on many occasions a stock will drop 10% or more on a trade of 100 shares throughout all trading day and go up 30% or more on a volume of ~10,000 shares. KRT seem to drop on low volume (10,000 shares or less) and go up on larger volumes. If the market suddenly sees real value in KRT and volume buyers jump in then KRT share price will easily sky rocket with no real change in fundamentals. That is what we are hoping for.
