I suggest you get a grip. I suggest that you attempt to understand what "convertible debentures" are. I further suggest that you have a look at the implications of Reg-S deals. I'm sorry; trying to be kind, but PLEASE try to learn something about this stuff before you post it? EDII has issued no bonds, and has cut no Reg-S deals, so what, exactly, is your point?
