Greg, you seem to be quite sure of yourself! Why don't you request the proof of the independent third party verification of the value of the SeaSoil and the fact that there is clear ownership as well as transferability of the SeaSoil Assets. While we respect your right to question, we wonder why are you afraid of the facts? Regarding your reply 8249 the first time HK Boner has ever posted or responded to anything was on Tuesday 7-21-98. HK Boner is not one person, but a group of more than 40 families all of whom are Global Project Funding, Ltd. and LPS, Ltd Shareholders and associates, and all of whom have been and are being wrongfully misused by HK Elrod, Mike Millis and the Directors of CSMA. There is no attempt to short - there is no attempt to hide - there is no attempt at vengeance, we only want CSMA to honor their contractual obligations. HK Boner does not seek litigation, but does not fear it either. HK Boner simply wants what HK Elrod et al contracted for and did not deliver. HK Boner
