My challenge (to myself, that is) for right now is to attempt to figure out how all of this will convert to reported EPS over the next few quarters.

As I watch what's going on with TSIS, I become more and more convinced that TSIS has moved beyond the stage where news alone will move the price. We certainly have a lot of empirical evidence to that effect!

I am naturally somewhat skeptical of the alleged massive MM conspiracy that might be holding the price down ... partially because I hear virtually the same comment in just about every BB and NASDAQ stock which isn't going up fast enough to suit the SI members on that stock's thread.

Nay ... 'tis quite possible, seems to me, that TSIS is now in the stage where EPS will be the primary driving factor of the stock price.

Rationalizing, now, if TSIS is essentially a service company, rather than a hi-tech one, then once the service is up and running and providing a continuing flow of revenues, then EPS does perhaps seem an appropriate measure.

But I gotta hasten to admit that reading financial statements is not one of my investing strengths (yet).

Other ideas?
