Insider sales: I don't know their reasons for selling but one little known fact is that Larry Hagewood had a life-threatening illness after joining TAVA. Such events generally trigger estate planning, and if you've been through it, you know that it forces you to make decisions based on future tax consequences for your heirs. VP Hagewood has recovered, and has been a major force in closing many of Tava's biggest deals. He was one of Jenkins first additions to building the senior management team, and the multi-million dollar contracts he's played a key role in landing for TAVA have helped all shareholders. And he's had a wake-up call from death, too. He's more than earned his keep at TAVA, and if he takes some money off the table now, I hope he enjoys it to the max.
