From what I've heard the new Pres is a Kick A** take names type of guy. He was the #5 guy at Compac and his sales group had 90 Mil in sales before the first box was even built. He intends to have the 24 sales guys hired within 8 weeks and will tap the top Co's in the business and offer them tremendous bonus incentives to produce. If they don't produce they are gone. He runs a tight ship and is very aggressive.

This is a refreshing attitude change from the mgt of past and just what this Co needs right now. He thinks they have a great product but they did not address the sales and marketing side properly which he intends to do.

Since their overhead to do conversions is so low they can offer much better incentives to the sales personnel than their competition and still make nice profits on each job. This is how he will attract the top of the line sales talent. The cost of the sales org will take care of itself as long as the sales force produces. He will aggressively pursue each prospect unlike mgt of past. He will shoe them the cost advantage and will be able to do the job from end to end.

This guy apparently knows sales and marketing and is a perfect match for CSGI. I must say at a time when I was about to write this Co off I am now going to stay the course and see what happens. I am in sales myself and I know what an aggressive sales person can do with the right size carrot dangled in front of them.

For the time being I welcome this change and am willing to see what this guy can do with the sales and marketing side. I believe they intend to hire a PR firm in the near future to help get the CSGI name more exposure and in front of the decision making personnel.

Through other sources I understand that they may have a couple of jobs in the pulp and paper industry as well as an out source job through a large computer Co. These are rumors of course and I have not verified them with the Co.

I will be out of pocket until next Wed but hope to have more later.

See Ya!

Ric D.

Another interesting bit of info I heard is that they have been approached by some Co's who have experienced a 17-18% error rate on jobs that have been converted manually. If these are pilot jobs then then it may open the door to CSGI.

If this is the norm for manual conversions hopefully it will lead to some lucrative contracts.

See Ya!
