how much of the remaining $800M slice (after discounting Marconi's $800M) do you think NN can get - assuming that NN and Cisco are providing competing equipment? How much of this BT contract was already announced previously?

I have no idea. Sorry.

Pat

NNThinker, we know that NN will provide managment platform to BT, which is much more expensive and complicated then access part which most likely went to CSCO.Another beauty with NN platform (which include number of different poducts + 36170) is then you can add lots of features as time goes, this way extent you ravenue. As T.M said ATM backbone is just opener!.So it is prudent to assume that NN contribution is much bigger then CSCO.Also 1.650 bil $ is most likely the low range value of reported contract.BT is not interested to disclose his plans to Global One or others competitors!
