Thean, I am stunned: This time I'm breaking all my rules and go for revenge. I know this is a dangerous move and against all I stood for but after seeing your being the lone bearer of SCTR for so long, I couldn't help but to join you in the righteous cause! I am shocked. What are you men doing??? I may have to join you as we all had so much fun last time. ggg I am frightened of this stock - and I escaped. Something is keeping it up. Three that I trade in the telecoms: SBC, USW, and GTE have been doing well - and it may be contributing. However, they are due for a pullback - any time now. And SCTR seems to be stuck at overhead resistance. You mentioned that in trading the oils: In days like this morning when maximum panic occurs, it pays to study the intraday chart and see when and where people decide to reverse course. I just started looking into this tonight. The few from today that I looked at all had a momentum cross above 0 (on the 5 minute chart)when the intraday rally occured. Is this an indicator you might use? If so, does it work on days other than those like today - as in if I used it on a slower day might I receive a false buy signal?
