The SEC approval was/is supposed to be 90 days from their request, which was in April. In other words, any day now.
If they do become listed, which they should, we will get some nice movement. A listing is almost always worth $$$, particularly for a growing, profitable company.

bye steve,

good luck to you in your investments

i, however, will take a shot with a stock selling for $2.50 with 6-month EPS of .25

plus many, many surprises in the near future, IMO of course <g>

also notice the dwarves beginning to surface on yahoo again. <g>

Steve my first choice to explain yesterday's action was was day-trader action who frequently pop in and out of volatile stocks and BB stocks because they are easy to influence. One tip off of them being there is when volume hits 2-3X normal volume. They never invest for the long hall and always bail when they get the move they want, sometimes only an 1/8 of a point.
My second and I'll agree less significant guess was that some market makers might have added to the volume by selling to each other at lower and lower prices to try to create doubt in serious investors
minds hoping they sell allowing them, (MM's), to dump their short positions with less loss if not a profit.
Todays positive action with again very high volume tells me many serious investors are redoubling their investments but that there is probably still some day trader and MM action going on as well.
When we get SEC approval hopefully by the end of AUG. all this action will calm down and this stock's price will stabilize at a much higher price (4-5).

My best guess anyway, luck to all long,

Bob Myers
