To all CUBE followers: A company you may be interested in: MDXR. I have sold my CUBE but still follow DVD and have owned and traded MDXR for the last couple years. MDXR is a Farmington Hills, MI company which was best known for its Robotic Welding inspection systems. Basically, it can examine a weld without tearing whatever it is that is welded apart. They got into DVD inspection equipment hot and heavy a few years ago, but didn't see profits because of the slow ramp-up. The company just did a restructuring and is well run. The CEO is a straight shooter and much of the company is held by some big Michigan business people who have been buying more on weakness. The stock is in the low 2s and they announced earnings today: .01 which is what the CEO promised (profitability for the rest of the year) in a recent Detroit Free Press business page cover story. I think the stock could very easily go to 6 or 8 as DVD picks up. Their balance sheet isn't pretty, but the insiders won't go for any funky convertible or other deal. I think it has the potential of SOFT (another Michigan tech company) which I have posted on SI about. SOFT was in the 2s and 3s when I started accumulating it, it is now 7 and is headed to the teens.

Best wishes,

Timoteo
