Janice,

We should begin a "Dave Gore Refund Drive", so he can get the money back that he paid to SI to post, and therefore relieve him of his self appointed "basher extinguisher" duties.

This person has to be one of the biggest hypsters on SI, and it would be my pleasure to donate to the cause.

Think about it,
Phil

I see there that you are bashing FBN. Otherwise, not a well thought out post. I must admit I have not followed these exploits on the BB stock threads, but that makes me wonder what Dave Gore's agenda is.

But not enough to ask him.

Thanks Janice. I laughed so hard I peed in my pants, but I'll hold off on the class action suit.

I guess this is Davey Gore's response to Graystone's post exposing him for the hack we all know DG to be.

It's probably not worth analysing, but I can't resist comparing that post to a tabloid article/infomercial/tract from a fringe cult group. As my reasoning abilities were worn down by the hypnotic capitalized words, I found myself in the midst of a compelling dialogue. As I drifted, unsupported, speculative conjecture became fact as it was repeated multiple times. Rhetorical questions floated around me and replaced my own thoughts. I was at one with the OTC:BB universe.

I reached for my checkbook and began to sign over my life savings, sell my house, and shave my head. Yes, I had seen the light and was ready to go join DG's investor commune.

Somehow I snapped out of it. I think the line about SI selling PM's to MM's brought me back to stupid reality.

The real question is why isn't your secret cabal developing a Hypster How To Manual. DG's work will provide excellent fodder for such a product and his supporters will make for a prime market segment.

They always maintain that they are exposing people who hype stocks, yet they always seem to come onto stock threads whose stocks have run up big (usually 500-1000% or more).

Do you see the fallacy of this claim? If they were truly trying to protect others "from being taken" by hypesters and pump artists would they not come into the stock thread BEFORE the stock has a chance to run and before smaller investors jumped on the bandwagon?

So, you guys, "the evil doers", must have some kind of crystal ball and be able to identify (before hand), when the "next (and future) hyped stock" is about to explode......?

That is quite a tool, are there any books on the "Crystal Ball" subject ?

Wow !!

The poor little "small investor" (or is it, the poor little "stupid investor"), they need to be protected ?

If you direct me to such tool, I will sign releases to the effect that I promise to take responsibility for my own actions.....

Then again, if such tool exists, and the evil bashers beat me to the stock, then there will be no "run-up".

Hmmmmmmmm, I must think this over.....

WHY AM I DOING THIS?

Simple. It is hard enough to make money on stocks on the BB: OTC without extra garbage thrown from people like this. It is spamming and bashing of the worst kind. It is creating hostility. It is causing people to lose money. And eventually it may prevent people from joining SI or even wanting to post anymore!

Has this er... person, ever tried to invest money in real companies, at all?

Instead...

Why is it that these.... er... persons... throw good money into these pieces of junk and then blame the world why the money disappears into thin air ?

AMAZING.......

After all.....

"Discontent for money is just a trick of the rich to keep the poor without it."

Michael Corleone

or perhaps....

"The most dangerous man, to any government, is the man who is able to think things out for himself, without regard to the prevailing superstitions and taboos. Almost invariably he comes to the conclusion that the government he lives under is dishonest, insane and intolerable, and so, if he is romantic, he tries to change it. And if he is not romantic personally, he is apt to spread discontent among those who are."

-H.L. Mencken

Please replace the word government with the word "Leader Hypester" (same thing really......)

Gee, Janice...this is a tough one.
Could it be that the "FBN gang" have played the market long enough that they can get down-wind of a thread and smell a hype job? Could they have 'dueled' with enough hypesters that they can seperate the shills from the sheep with almost no effort? Nahhhh...too far-fetched.
Could he have used poor judgement in his stock selection? Nahhh...too far-fetched.

Now, a conspiracy between SI/FBN/Canadian/shorters/Chickenerati/MMs is believeable. Better add the US gov't and the SEC for allowing you access to the Edgar files too...(Would they allow you access to potentially damaging info if they weren't conspiring too?)

I'm on to you now.

Hey, I just responded to that #reply-5281681 - got a thoughtful PM - oh, that Life had more hours in it, to fully plumb the depths of Moronity in search of Amusement.

Isn't 'Dave Gore' the one that Graystone did an expos‚ on on that 'Basher' thread?

Way behind here, don't answer that if it's in a later post ... cheers

I am really getting sick and tired of this. I have personally argued with Dave Gore and he doesn't have the decency to list me anywhere. I just get lumped in with other. Janice you are the ring leader, what do I do?

Oh really? I guess these two wouldn't qualify as hype...

Confessions of a MM spook.

First off, Janice, thanks for posting that. I look forward to reading your "Penny Stock Hyping for Dummies with the David Gore Foreword".

In all candor, I must publicly confess to one of the heinous crimes which Mr. Gore so cleverly uncovered. I realize that I'm opening myself up to SEC investigations, class action lawsiuts, and hate mail from the David Gore Fanclub, but I need to able to sleep at night.

> SI has become a place where PM's are the only safe way to >communicate ideas (and some think SI is selling PM information to >Market Makers).

As a student, I've been supplementing my income by selling David Gore & friends' many posts to MM's. That may seem hard to believe, but when DLJs, Salomon SB, CSFB,Merrill Lynch's, and Morgan Stanley's arb desks are looking for the inside scoop, they tend to find the SI penny stock hyping threads to be a virtual money machine.

Sadly, I'm the crook that intercepts, collects, and sells that information. Nothing is sacred, nothing is holy, nothing is secret anymore. The wise trust no one for everything has been compromised.

By hacking SI's encryption, I have also gained access to the many PM's that DG uses to communicate to his unsheared flock and even those awaiting a second shearing. The MM's and arb desks pay top dollars for the juicy morsels of investment advice contained in those. With that inside scoop, they then leap to profitably destroy such solid companies as CYGS, MTEI, etc..

If I could I have one thing in this world, it would be to find a honest way to make money. Until I can find an alternative, I must continue in my wretchedness. I hope society can one day forgive me.

Gotta go, I've got to get this morning's "Best of Dave & Buds." out to the MM's, arbs, and evil hedge fund mgrs.

Mr. X
