Maurice,

All these cheerleader type posts, I guess I gave my fellow QC investors too much credit. Unless you are all day traders, these one day events are totally irrelevant in the long run. No one talked about how well QC's strategy is laid out going forward. Now if only they find a better salesman for their upcoming Q campaigns. If QC can repeat the success they had with the original Q launch, the street better be raising estimates for the next few qtrs.

I also saw the crash on TV. It wasn't till the end that I noticed it had Sprint PCS on the hood and Qualcomm on the "dash board". I didn't think that would be a good way to get publicity. For those who don't know what Maurice and I are talking about, one of the QC sponsored race cars crashed in some race and was shown on TV (CNN news) yesterday.

I am also beginning to wonder about QC's ASICs business, on the positive side. With all the excess capacity in chip manufacturing, they should be able to drive a hard bargain to reduce cost. Since the chipsets are such a big component of their profitable revenue, there should be room for positive surprises also.

Finally, for those of you who are still sober, are you wondering what QC could have gone up today if the NASD wasn't such a drag?

Ramsey

ps who was it that I saw at lunch today? mike or quincy? all you engineers look alike. Regardless, you have a neat toy.
