Couple of interesting packaging items I found related to TCBG.
Packaging Strategies, Inc., founded in 1983, is a packaging
intelligence services company based in West Chester, PA. They
alert packaging professionals to market trends, business moves,
and technology break throughs in the world of packaging.

1. MINUTE MAID TO INTRODUCE MORE JUICES, EXPANDS USE
OF STAND-UP POUCHES Minute Maid Co., currently testing
its Hi-C Blast and Minute Maid Cooler products in Texas
in stand-up pouches, will expand market coverage for
those products in the fourth quarter of 1998 with a
complete national rollout planned.

Is Minute partnering with TCBG?

2. Packaging Strategies, Inc provides research reports (not free).
I did a search on this site about TCBG and found a few of items
(already well covered on through all the postings - the law suit,
partnering to sell water, etc...) and I found a report "Standup
Pouches Pushing 4 Billion Units in 2003" (it is copy righted, $50).
Of course TCBG is mentioned in the report as well as Kraft. The
Report is more generic than just the aseptic pouch drink market.
It mentions why TCBG won the lawsuit, although Kraft might
disagree.

I thought the report was stated in a matter of fact manner and was
positive toward TCBG.

TCBG is essentially a new company that is just about to come out with
its first product. TCBG's financials are still an open issue but a
company with no product and 0% market share is going to enter a the
drink packaging market ($$$ huge dollars). The drink packaging market
is also growing. This pouch market is dominated by Kraft and TCBG's
strategy will be to partner with Kraft's competitor's.

Let's just say I own quite a few shares of TCBG!

Great conference call with the CEO. Let's have another one after
the company releases the financials.

Frank

I totally agree with you about this company--any dips in the price do not matter. Just wanted to let everyone know about an interesting stock I found called HMLF--it is in the plus! I just want to contribute info to others like so many have done for me--thanks

I received an email from a certain canine friend that said TCBG news will be out soon. Could even be today.
