Your "legal" advice...

is suspect. This is the second time you have been wrong. Very few corporations of any note are incorporated in Nevada, which you originally identified as ABMI's place of incorporation and so confidently cited Nevada Statutes as legal precedent on the "reverse stock split" issue. On the other hand, Delaware is the 'Mecca' of incorporation of United States companies and is generally acknowledged as the best state in which to incorporate.

I agree that the "reverse split" issue is a moot issue.

I can recall at least one of the dollarone, mantle7, summers triumvirate calling Dr. Henken "dishonest" and a "pump and dump" hypster. United States libel law does not look favorably upon those who defame others in print. Generally, the only defense available is that the defamatory material is true, a matter that you could have some difficulty proving.

You might be better served receiving legal advice in lieu of providing it.
