I am long on this one ONLY because I have lost too much $$$ already and it isn't worth selling. I'm going to wait it out until the end of the year, and if it doesn't budge (or if we don't get any positive news release), I'm going to sell and write it off of my taxes. At these levels, it almost doesn't pay for me to sell--- with commissions and all. Whats even worse is that I have over 15,000 warrants at 3/8! They expire July '2000. I'm stuck with those as well--- over 5K loss!!
I do think that there will be an investigation into this companys trading (shorting) practices. The mob seems to be heavily involved. The only positive note is that the price of this stock really can't go down much further. There is only room for upward movement beyond this point.

Good luck!

Amir,

I've been out of this for a while but still am watching....
To see if "class action" is feasible ... I think a money trail
needs to be established ... and don't forget this is international
in scope ...the legalities are totally unknown variables .....

This was probably a well orchestrated plan with these possible legal
actions already foreseen and taken into account....

Today's tick chart had a 225k sell at .15 late morning ....
then a 225k buy at .25 late afternoon ... can't see anything
definate in direction... wouldn't bet it's up, though
