Rene regarding EGNS, I have a couple of quick questions. I admit that I have just taken a quick look at this stock since I already have the money I allow for BB stocks in some. 1. Even though the news release stated they would have controlling interest, I don't believe this means 51%+ of the business. It would mean they have the most of anyone involved but that could even be 20%. Even if it was 51% how much of that will have to be subbed out or absorbed by more employees since they only currently have 11 employees. Either one they would incur additional charges especially the training of new personnel, thus driving there profit margins down considerably don't you think? 2. The fact that it is a BB stock and the fact that Mr. Egan himself is Chmn./CEO/Pres./CFO/Treas doesn't really excite me. 3. How are they going to handle all of the business? Even if they could, what type of experience does Mr. Egan have overseeing a project of this magnitude? 4. That old timeless phrase " if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is" comes to mind. 5. I noticed the previous run up but am still confused as to why the stock price hasn't really gone anywhere since the first part of June given the fact that several news releases have already gone out. Just some thoughts Cary
