Hi Lisa,

Thanks for the phone scam alert.

Two URLs regarding the treasury market. First acknowledges Japanese selling of treasuries but with little market affect and second says that US running $67b surplus YTD. This means the Fed might cut down on offerings which will keep demand for treasuries up even while Japan might be selling. Bottom line - trading range if $ stays cool.
