Greetings marcos fix et al,
Im back from the bush for a day or two. Got wind bound at the wrong end of a lake and had to spend the night sleeping in the bush, something which I'm getting a little too grey in the beard to really enjoy also was dodging forest fires. THE NORTH IS ABAZE 229 fires in the NWT right now and some of them are BIG. Smoke everywhere and alot of old camps, cabins and mining sites going up in smoke. Watched one fire and it was moving at about a mile an hour. WE NEED RAIN AND LOTS OF IT. Smoke got so bad in Yellowknife on saturday they shut the airport and the cops have a check stop a few miles out of town. They have also evacuated part of the Ingram trail. May have to rush out and do a little fire fighting myself if it threatens my cabin or some friends places. Life in the north.

As for WSP I expect after Russians etc have looked at the core drilled last winter it will be sent off for analyses and once they start drilling, if they havent already there should be some news.

EC Im pretty sure it was Aber not SUF that had the yellow diamond SNAFU but they caught it quickly. Mistakes do happen but that is along way from scam. They found diamonds in the till samples, they got coloured stones out of the boulders and diamonds in the core it would have been more amazing if no diamonds showed up in the bulk sample. You may not like this property but I sure wish that dyke was sitting on my claims. One large diamond can pay for alot of exploration.
Time will tell but you started by saying someone in the NWT had been arrested with diamonds now its some one in Sask. so whos property there do you suppose was being salted or is this just your run of the mill diamond smuggler.
Exploration is a crazy buisness and it always has been but just because someone has good results it is not necessarily a scam, as you imply, otherwise Diamet, Aber etc would never have been financed
regards Walt
