When was the last time you saw a mission-critical Tuxedo based application displaced by something more functional or performant?

Agree with you wholeheartedly re: the difficulty in digesting acquisitions. However, this has been their strategy from day one. They bought their whole product line and are profitable now on a quarter by quarter basis, so I remain confident they'll continue this success.

Middleware isn't flash in the pan technology and it has great longevity in major accounts once installed. That is what they are banking on, as are the institutional investors that snapped up those bonds. It was oversubscribed 25% I believe. A good sign.

If BEAS can eek out a little more on the upside we should see a

VERY quick bump. Can't find any shares to short.

BEAS deserves a short squeeze.

BTW, look at NEON's chart action. They just had one. Stock rallied 10+ points on NO news. As soon as it was over, well...
