Your statement <To be serious TA was telling it would go down, since it didn't hold 60 several times. Today you know why.> is difficult to understand. If TA means Technical Analysis, I would like to see the logic which predicts a 30% (17.5 point) drop in what seems to be a forward looking company.

Additionally Haim states in an earlier post <Will see if any one of the longs has the guts for a class action.> Does anyone really believe that a class action suit will result in a realistic timely recovery and a penalty to management?

For those of you who really believe this issue will be down for the next 2 or 3 quarters, it's time to take a semi aggressive approach and sell near term covered calls. The sale of near term calls will slowly reduce your cost and eventually neutralize your loss. (See August 45 Calls at $1.125.)

I will do the same because I will shortly own 1000 CA at $55 due to selling puts.

Your anger should be exercised by your outcry and votes at the next shareholder meeting. In the meantime, I will employ a stock repair strategy to recover my 14 point loss.
